The Hotel comprises forty five bedrooms of a 2* budget, arranged over the upper floors above Biddy Mulligans Pub, most of which are accessible via the central lift, many of the rooms offer views of the world famous Grassmarket below and all rooms benefit from TV's, en-suite facilities and Tea & Coffee making facilities. Wireless internet is available within the public areas of the hotel and is free to use for hotel residents. All areas of the hotel are non-smoking.
